Refund policy
We believe in delivering the best quality in products. Please contact us at info@basebrands.com within 30 days of confirmed shipment of your item to receive authorization for the return. Merchandise received after 30 days will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition. When returning an item, we recommend using a shipping service with delivery confirmation and insurance. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
For Base Brands products purchased from a retailer within the continental U.S. not including Hawaii or Alaska, please try to return the product to the store. If this is not possible, please contact us at info@basebrands.com with the product information and reason for the return. Base Brands will assess your request and decide the appropriate course of action.
