At Reduce we strive to develop high quality drinkware that is engineered to last a lifetime. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty
If your Reduce drinkware has not performed to your expectations due to craftsmanship, material defects, or loss of vacuum insulation, we will make it right.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your warranty to be processed.
Product images must be provided.
If you are having an insulation issue we may request for you to send a product video demonstrating the problem.
We will replace your product with the same color and size if available. If the item or color is no longer available, we will send a close replacement of equal or greater value.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED:
- Normal wear and tear, dents, punctures, scratches, chipped or faded paint.
- Extreme or improper use of product.
- Damage to product and accessories caused by improper cleaning, disassembling or post purchase modifications.
- Mold on silicone seals and gaskets caused by improper cleaning.
- Accidental damage caused by product owner.
- Discontinued Products.
- Items purchased outside the US. If you purchased your Reduce product outside the US, please check with the retailer for possible replacement.
