We believe in delivering the best quality in products. Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of confirmed shipment of your item to receive authorization for the return. Merchandise received after 30 days will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition. When returning an item, we recommend using a shipping service with delivery confirmation and insurance. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
For Base Brands products purchased from a retailer, please try to return the product to the store. If this is not possible, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product information and reason for the return. Base Brands will assess your request and decide the appropriate course of action.
Defective merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team will confirm the defect in the item and will either send you a replacement part, or replace the entire item. Please contact email@example.com if you have a defective item or part.
We strive to ship your order out quickly, but it is often difficult to stop an item from shipping once we have received it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not yet printed a shipping label, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to stop the order and you will need to return the item to us for a refund.
