Returns

What to do in the (rare) case you need to return an item.

We believe in delivering the best quality of products. Please contact us at reduce@fireflybuys.com within 30 days of confirmed shipment of your item to receive authorization for the return. Merchandise received after 30 days will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. 

All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition. When returning an item, we recommend using a shipping service with delivery confirmation and insurance. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.

If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, please try to return the product to the store. If this is not possible, please contact us at reduce@fireflybuys.com with the product information and reason for the return. We will assess your request and decide the appropriate course of action.


Uh Oh! Did something arrive defected?

Defective merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team will confirm the defect in the item and will either send you a replacement part, or replace the entire item. Please contact us if you have a defective item or part at info@reduceeveryday.com


Need to cancel an order?

We strive to ship your order out quickly, but it is often difficult to stop an item from shipping once we have received it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at reduce@fireflybuys.com immediately. If we have not yet printed a shipping label, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to stop the order and you will need to return the item to us for a refund.
